Ultra efficient pancake making. I like the combination of the beautiful pancake batter machine and the perfect spatula work.

They must have a 20 gal can of dark amber Canadian Maple syrup and several 10lb blocks of butter...Somewhere...and where is the bacon and eggs? Dang...Now I'm hungry for second breakfast!

I don't care for syrup of any kind. my pancakes have to a light smearing of peanut butter and a generous melting of butter with a couple of eggs on top whites must be done with the yellow still runny bacon is an absolute must. Humm come to think of it that is what we had for supper last night. Tomorrow morning it might be biscuits sausage & gravy scrambled eggs with diced onion, garlic, diced green peppers & tomatoes, and jalapenos cooked in.

Mrs. PJ's Daughter sends us the real deal a couple of times a year from Canada or when we've been up there...I Love it and use it to cook with too. The only other I would have is Blueberry in the pancakes. Tried peanut butter a couple of times...just not for me. Over Easy eggs and 4-5 sticks of crispy bacon, poke the yoke and let it run onto the pancake with the syrup...I'm in. Actually Mrs. PJ is better at Scrambled eggs than me...she has her secrets to get them creamy as well as spongy and the kitchen cabinet variety are the best...had them the other night!! I do the Omelets & Belgian waffles once in while and she loves them. Biscuits, sausage, gravy and eggs...Goood Idear...thanks.

Not bad, if you need a tray to serve.
Elsewhere though, guys from Iowa apparently are the pioneers.

I've been at just one event they catered. But I'll never forget.
