Yes, I can eat ordinary capsicum without probs but chilies (other sp. of capsicum) immediately give me drastic results. As a kid i was amazed at our hunting dog, a red kelpie, who used to eat the yellow hot & red less hot ones straight off the bushes. Most ulcers can be cured with antibiotics & other meds but mine have lingered on, after treatment, for almost 5 decades due to indocid: an anti imflamitory diagonised during the 60's to 80's for my spinal injury. they were found to have serious side affects and then not prescribed here. Cayenne is an interesting one, for me at least.
