V Block for Small Shafts
I am always needing to drill and mill small 1/8" to 3/8" shafts. I made the block out of a piece of 3.5" X 7.5" X 1" aluminum. The holes are 1/4-20. The V was milled with a 90° chamfer mill. The toe-clamps are here.
