I like the tilting table design and would certainly save my back from all the twisting and turning to get the job done.
the only thing I think I'm going to change, is to connect/slot the holes for the tilt position. so I dont have to take the bolt the whole way out. and add a grinder hanger or two, onto the rect. tube

That tilting base is a cool feature. I wish I had easy access to that kind of rectangular column, but not in my neck of the woods.
