Vise and Tool Stands
If you saw my welding fixture thread you will know I like 3 legged pipe stands. I use a number of them around the shop. They can be easily moved around to where they are needed and are very stable. For more stability the feet are all drilled for hold down bolts threaded into concrete anchors placed where most used. My sheet metal former head rotates and the forming rolls are stored in a salvaged aluminum box attached to the stand. The vise stands are great they get moved around alot and are very stable as is.
