    VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR ELECTRIC TOOLS

THE REGULATOR ON THE LEFT IS FROM A VACUUM CLEANER 2000 W.
YOU CAN REGULATE WITH THE POTENTIOMETER (THE ITEM WORKS WITH THYRISTOR INSIDE) THE VOLTAGE FROM ABOUT 88 V TO 220-230 V) . IF YOU NEED LESS VOLTAGE I HAVE CONNECT A RESISTANCE (COMBINATION OF TWO OLD TYPE LAMPS (IN PARALLEL ).
THIS RESISTANCE IS CONNECTED IN SERIE TO THE EXIT OF THE REGULATOR AND WORKS IF THE SWITCH IS OFF(LOWER VOLTAGE LESS THAN 88 V - UPPER LESS THAN 220 V). IF THE SWITCH IS TO THE ON POSITION IT MAKES SHORT CIRCUIT BEFORE THE LAMPS (LAMPS NOT CONNECTED .. 88-230 V)
WITH A 220 TO 12 V TRANSFORMER 250 W WITCH IS CONNECTED AFTER THE REGULATED VOLTAGE ( BRIDZE RECTIFIER 25 A - TWO CAPACITORS 6800 MF EACH - 25 V TO GET DC CURRENT) YOU CAN DO THE SAME WITH SMALL ER VOLTAGES (MAX 12 V) . THIS IS USEFUL FOR BATTERY TOOLS (DRILLS , SCREW DRIVERS, ROD BUILDING MACHINES ETC.
IT IS USEFUL TOO FOR 220 V TOOLS TILL 2 000 W. (BIG DRILLS METAL CUTTERS ETC)
YOU CAN SEE THE TOOL HERE.
