What is Shoestring Shipyard?

Shoestring Shipyard is all about boat designs for the first time, novice, back-yard boat builder with no prior boat building experience. The boat models offered were specifically designed to be built with simple hand tools. SS is all about getting people to build their very first boat.

This is my part time, online, hobby business that supports all of the Pro-bono work I do for local non-profits, and allows me to offer free plans on my Downeast Thunder Creations YouTube Channel and web site.
