Good points but I am surprised that this needs doing. I bought a Taiwanese 7" x !2" horizontal/vertical bandsaw over 30 years ago,(still going strong),and the areas around all bolt holes are counterbored or cut flat. The only clean up I've done is in the adjustment slots and to cut one a bit more to allow an extreme angle to be cut.
