It's saved me numerous times , costs almost nothing and is ready to use in 10 seconds . Just press the bottle into the foam, easy, the foam will keep the form you press into it , and you have a bottle holder for all bottles the same size or smaller. I have several of these for different sized bottles and I use blocks of these to press small tools like tweezers and Xacto knives in. i'm a model railroader and i also use this to hold small things like the little people for my layout while i paint or glue them. http://janbouli.com/?p=gcauct.html

With my skill at clumsy, nothing is really anti-tilt.  But, this looks promising.
