DESCRIPTION:
Homemade bicycle cargo trailer adapted from a hand truck, the wheels of which have been replaced with larger diameter units. Hitch arrangement is a combination of a commercially available joint attached to a surplus seatpost and stem.

how would the axles handle the speed though?

Not bad, since you can still use the hand truck for its original purpose.
