DESCRIPTION:
Homemade louver tool utilized as an aid in producing baffles in an exhaust tube. Vise-mounted, it was constructed from flat stock, angle bar, and pipe.

Nice approach. An adjustable version can be easily derived from this.

I do wonder if drilled vs. louvered tubes would be different in terms of their intended function.
