This might work ok for a hydraulic bender.  I've got 2 Hossfeld #2's and 1 is anchored to the floor, the other is on a very heavy duty roller frame so that it can be taken to a jobsite if needed (I'm an artist blacksmith, it comes in handy fitting staircase pieces, etc.)  However to be used it has to be chained to something that won't move.  Both my Hossfelds are manually powered.
