My apologies, I'm an entry level weldor and don't have plans for this per se. What I am able to share with those interested in copying this third hand is that I used two standard 6.5" RR spikes marked 'HO'. I welded those to a 7" length of solid rod as shown using my MM211. From there, I flipped the piece over, centered, then stabilized a 12" length of 1/2" rod to the bottom using magnets. That piece had been pre-bent in a vice. I then tack welded it to the 1.5" solid rod. All that was left to do was to create a point which I did using a grinder. -- No pipe was used in the making of this third hand. -- Best wishes to all copying this piece. It really has nice weight to it and I do use it frequently. .
