[Woodturning] Munro like big telescopic hollowing tool
This is my new deep hollowing "multi'-tool.
The handle is actually a "Rebuild" (other people on other social netwoks "retweet", but here on HMT, we "rebuild" ;) )
It's an idea I read in the HMT daily newsletter, a couple of weeks ago I think. The guy did a telescopic handle with aluminium ends and a PVC pipe body.
Obviously, I did the same replacing the PVC by wood :

For the cutting part, I chose to use both ends of the bar, on one side there is a hole to attach cylindrical shank accessories, that can be of all types, carbide insert on support, HSS scraper on support or even a rooter bit.

And at the other end, I have milled a flat platform for attaching flat inserts like that big scaper made from an HSS shaper blade :

I leave that side for future improvement, I will probably do, one day or the other, some articulated links in order to get a curved cutting head for working in narrow opening vessels (but I do not plan to do much vessels like that)
