    If my calculations are correct, 55 tons of bronze would equal a cube of bronze slightly smaller than 6' on a side. The Great Bell of Dhammazedi (cast in 1484) weighed almost 6 times as much as this cannon, coming in at ~294 tons. I'd like to see the foundries for such massive pours, as well as the forming process.

    It totally boggles my mind how they did things like that!!!! It certainly gets my mind wondering. I assume we are looking at the breach? I am puzzled, but not surprised... there must be something.
