I couldn't really find anything firm on the meaning of the swastika at that time, in that place, except maybe "good luck." There was one reference that some groups were using it to espouse "alt-right" beliefs, but the timeline was "post World War 1", and I didn't want to push the envelope on the time "Pin It")
