When much of the rest of the world uses bullhead rail and pandrol clips on concrete sleepers (there are pandrol fittings for wooden sleepers), rather than flat bottom rail and 'spikes' (Canada is much the same), one can't help wonder if lack of investment and improvement rather than fat shareholder profits is the real problem.Quote:
