Is this in Vernon CA? I once trod those floors, but 25 something years later.
He's running a straight side punch press, in 45 ton rating, apparently forming the parts superimposed over his head, illustrating result of sequence.
Not how little excess material is being trimmed, they are falling into bin at his left.
Here is focus of his attention, with less dramatic lighting.
