Fun stuff!!
"you could put an eye out!"
That is awesome. I have been collecting bowling balls to make a yard sized kinetic “clacker” with balls suspended by cables in a frame, but I like this even better.
At last a good way to keep the animal activists away from the farm!!
personaly I love punken pie...what a waste.but fun none the less.perhaps they should be aiming at a humongous pot with 10 rings for a score.hit the center and you win a pie and big trophy.miss it entirely and your on the clean up crew.2&3 get small trophys&some pie.4-8 get...pie. 9& 10 get pied in the face.
when I was a kid on okinawa living on the beach in ishikawa. big 10~18" glass balls for fishing nets would wash up monthly, especialy with a typhoon. my dad took them and made a mobile about 16' across and10' tall with about 12 balls and some 2x2 hard wood. all on diferent lengths. thieft was a issue when we moved in so my brother and I would keep our motor cycles on the flat roof of the house most nights. one night we left then behind the house...about 10' from the mobile....that night somebody got caught by that mobile....that must of hurt, and almost no way to get away from it unless you knew to drop to the ground. we never had any more theft issues...some still had the oysters shells still stuck to them...and those are sharp as a razor. I wish we had brought it back to the us when we moved back.
protect the harvest.
Many of the pumpkins around here, that are left over from Halloween, are used for and too big to be used for pies are used for livestock feed.
