I used the "Reply with Quote" feature, and the fellow said "It rolled right over the wheel chock at the five second mark."

The guy unloading had the car moving too fast, and it also picked up speed as it came out of the truck (that ramp at the 5s mark shows that), and it accelerated from there which means the ramp was tilted low at the back end (not just the last ramp). Either the road was not level or the lift section was not level or the load shift onto the lift section caused the tail of the trailer to fall a small bit or lift the front of the trailer by removing tongue weight as the shift occurred.

Oh the humanity!!!
