    Good to know that after the 1959 Santa Susana Field Lab's liquid sodium reactor disaster in Los Angeles, the engineers implemented more stringent welding procedures for similar experiments.

    I love that there always seems to be "some guy" standing around watching with a clipboard or notebook like he's taking continuous notes on the process being performed. Looks good in the publicity pics anyway. In this case it looks like Nick Nolte!
