    4 X 4 Rotton Post Extraction

This concept has been employed millions of times throughout history.

But sometimes we need a reminder of how effective the application of simple physics can help us in daily life. Cheers.

a little clay in that soil and it won't budge, I wish my soil was like that.

For most folks that eye screw would have pulled out long before the post... or the 4x lever would have snapped because you made the lever have significantly greater mechanical advantage... or you went and got the post hole digger and just made a hole next to the other one because the (&#%&($%#@(@!!!! stub wouldn't come out...

sorry, reliving the many posts I have never been able to get out and I had to fix the fence NOW!!!

My idea for repairing a fence is to let my neighbor do it. He is the one with a 300 head herd of cattle, not me. I gave him 400 7ft T post and 20 10 ft long sections of utility poles and said have fun. He provided the wire the labor and enough stays to go between the t posts and now I have nearly a half mile of 5 strand fence
