8" linear DRO scale for my Atlas lathe.

My project here is an 8" linear DRO scale for my Atlas 12" lathe An aluminum block clamps to the bed lip. The scale mounts to a sliding bar and is attached to the lathe saddle by a 3/16" rod with ball rod ends. It works great for precision machining.

That works so well I decided to make one for my South Bend 9 lathe. There's a little more work to be done, like connecting the scale slider to the carriage.Be ready soon.
