Your Bosch drill looks like the bearings at the chuck end are shot. Had to watch a bit to figure out what you were making - taking a low grade allen whench and making it into a wood burning tool! Almost a fire starter - you know, just have a little char cloth and tinder handy and you can get the campfire going!
