What the heck kind of additive comes in the form of baling twine? It looks like a chopper attachment for a fiberglass gun but I can't imagine that they are adding enough fiberglass to the mix to be of any value.
Inquiring minds want to know.
I went wandering around the Interwebs because I, too, was curious, and it's apparently polymer fiber reinforcement. It doesn't look like much is going in the hopper, but it must be enough.
