Adjustable Sliding Bench Grinder Tool Rest

Here's a modification to a bench grinder that gives you the ability to accurately hollow grind. I saw one of them fancy Veritas tool rests and thought, I can make me one of those. I actually ended up making two. But this is the better looking one I think. So I'll just put up pictures of it. The first one was kind of the prototype. It is OK too though.
