    Willfully teasing wildlife resulting in injury or death can be a punishable offense. Sometimes with stiff penalties. If the pilot of the drone was buzzing the gator for the fun of it, which since a closeup video was made of the act, I suspect that could be the case. Then he should be punished accordingly. If he was merely flying over the water and lost control it might not have been done maliciously, my question still remains, why would they be flying close to the surface if not for trying to get an alligator to lunge at it?
