Another frame horn tool
Finally got back to work on the 2007 Ranger today for a little while the first thing I needed to do was to give the frame horn its final shape basically it is a shaping mandrel
to do this I used a piece of 2x3x.250' RHS (rectangular hollow section most of us just call it rectangular tubing.
I cut one end to a double angle one short and the other long then ground the edges round. This would allow me to drive the tubing inside of the frame and use it as an anvil while doing so.

With the use of this tool I was able to get the frame horn reshaped to very near factory look and size close enough that a little touch up welding and some sanding it will be as near perfect as can be Had this been some exotic or collectible vehicle there are other things I might have done.
