Looks like a 15" column, and 6' arm. Many were 5 MT. Not sure if an impeller, but easily vanes for a large pump, in a building just like Fairbanks Pump in Kansas City. Rather well known shop, produced the dozen something pumps to help drain New Orleans after their flood. 160,000 GPM, one per semi-trailer IIRC.
