Apple Corer Peeler Slicer Replacement Prongs

Our old Apple Corer Peeler Slicer makes preparing recipes like Apple Crisp very easy. The three-prong part for holding the apple was cast from a junk metal casting and of course one of the cast prongs broke off. Below are pictures of a replacement for the prongs made from brass and stainless steel. The stainless steel prongs are a press fit into the brass base using a small arbor press and a custom fixture. We are now using the apple peeler for making more Apple Crisp for dessert.
