Wow..Not sure what happened, but it wasn't good!!
It looks like the breech wasn't secured, or it failed, somehow. Most of the blast seemed to come out of the back, the path of least resistance. And there were a fair number of folks standing around near it!

If we assume this artillery piece was American and sold to whatever country is in the video, then there are certain safeties which are designed to prevent it even being possible to fire it the block on the breach is not fully locked in place.
