Phoenix bans dogs on the trail from May through September. When the air temp gets above 115°, walking a dog barefoot is cruel.

Need a reasonable source targeted at negligent owners, aimed at those leaving evidence on my shop property. Oddly, signs to that effect mention fines; more oddly guess who collects and who does the cleanup.
