I'm flattered that my post inspired you. Looks like you are well on your way to making a great model.

The setup jig is a good idea. In retrospect, I wish I had had one (or built one) when I was making my version.

Be sure to show us more progress photos as you continue and, of course, the finished product when it's ready.
