never been much of a lamb meat person but NZ also has some pretty good beef.Here in the US With the exception of range fed beef, I would rank beef here in the US as some of the poorest tasting beef in the free world. Argentina and Brazil have some of the most tasty beef I have found and theirs is not steam injected with red die to make it more appeasing to the eye

You are absolutely right. How many years will a company be able to pay a team of butchers To do this? And then by the time the system needs a major overhaul I just can’t imagine this being cost effective.
