Automatic rising deck chair - GIF

Probably not the single most comfortable chair in all of chair history, but still nice. I like how it plays on the similarity between Adirondack chairs and decking boards, while also highlighting the fact that deck real estate is often too limited.

Yep if a couple of the neighbor's kids ever come up missing they will probably be found under the table
Never try to tell me it can't be done

    Anyone seen the cat?

I like this style of deck furniture, but I would need some sort of anti-crushing feature.

Looks like we have a rising theme here, folks. I might omit the colored lighting on this one, but hey, not bad.

Bonus points: build this with a decommissioned artillery or missile shell.

Manual version, but much more stealthy.

Not sure if this concept can be made reasonable, or at least non-pinchy. Manual does seem a better choice than something powered.

My partner would say "great place for snakes" LOL One rolling down my shoulder then back is better than one coming up around my buttocks

I prefer my Bombay chilled and beers cold but quite the party deck. How many points?
