That floor jack has seen better days. A good way to bend your rocker panel is to lift it this way.
I've had one of these cross beam adaptors for years, versatile, as it adjusts sideways and the pads can also be adjusted up/down if needed.

I would like to buy one since I have no welding equipment and I am unable to find any shop to make this for me!!

Using my favorite trademark disguise, they are available at HIBORE FRIGHT. I have one, it is satisfactory, especially in wide front wheel drive chassis, that are very [too] flat in the center. The normal jack pad is removed, the beam has it's own shoulder bolt.
Being imported, I'm certain they are sold widely under different labels.
Dividing load on two pads spaced at narrowest span reduces potential damage at rocker panel, but that's a bullet proof C body Buick.
YMMV
