    Could you not just leave the bags in the bottom of the can under the liner installed. Then as you take the old bag out, the next unrolls and do the same as in the video? Our office cleaning company leaves the roll in the bottom with the next bag unrolled and hanging off the side of the can under the one in use. They pull the full bag out, grab the end of the next one hanging over the edge, then rinse and repeat. You don't really need to buy a special can for that. Also, if the liner has a hole in it and there's liquid in the bag it drains out into that compartment and all over the floor... Kind of defeats the purpose.
