I think you're messing with me but just in case, maybe you missed it, but it was everywhere. Asians were being denied access to so called top tier universities. They are so good at academics, especially math that there were too many of them enrolled and the commies had to do something about it. Is it beginning to ring a bell? They wanted more of the better people. Blacks, Latinos, anyone that they didn't hate. So, I tried to make a lame joke. Maybe just I thought it was a little humorous. Maybe it was just crude. I apologize.
