It is still listing because water is pumped into that side to make it list to unload the logs! It will be corrected after that side is pumped out.

Yes indeed, that is why I posted that second video . It clearly shows and explains the intentional dumping process.

In the original video; the logs were piled as high or higher than width of the barge which quickly raises the tipping moment above the center of rotation, the barges are not listing after the logs fell off indicating they were not ballasted to induce the tipping action, there is no support craft visible to tend the now drifting logs as there would be near a lumber mill, the crew member reaction all indicate to me that dumping incident was not intentional.

I certainly admit, I cannot be 100% sure the first video was an accident, but the evidence leads me to believe that situation was not intentional.
