bead roller dies and first test

    Hi All
After getting the main bead roller finished I set about making the first set of dies and spacers to complete a joggle in 16 gauge steel. I am very pleased with the results and have now realised i need to make a better lathe ball turning attachment to make further profile dies. The radius turning tool was finished today after three days machining and should be assembled tomorrow once the paint is dry. (one job just seems to lead into another ) I will post this tool in another post.

With a bit more practice and setting up should be able to get some better results
