    Beer Can Holder for Processing on CNC

    Hi,

    Here are a few pictures of a simple device used to rapidly secure an empty aluminum container on a CNC mill table. Once the top is cut out the can is flipped over and four holes are machined in the bottom. My customer will use cans processed this way to fabricate a "tin can solar heater".

    This really works great! have been using one "like" it for about 5 years on my drill press. I used 6" square hinges on mine though. Wish I had thought of making the hinge on it when I built mine. It would have saved me a trip to the hardware store. Hope you keep up the good work!
