run it through one of those cyclone thingy's to keep the filter from clogging so fast.! it also helps recycling the meida since most of it just falls down in the can ,then can be sifted if needed. I have one but as of yet I havent installed it. most expensive units have them built in.

My vacuum cleaner uses water filtration, so I don't have issues with clogged filters.
