Bigger Disc Sander (with sewing machine motor)

Hi everyone! How are you guys?

So, it took a little longer than what I expected but I started my bigger disc sander project. Many here on this forum suggested me using plywood for this one, but I decided to try layered lasercut MDF once again. It didn't work a 100% as I expected it, so i'm calling this a prototype, a first test. As soon as I get hold of some nice plywood, I'll make a second version, correcting some of the issues I had with this one. Suggestions and critics are very much aprecciated!!
