bike jig bushes
here are some bushes i made up for holding crank and head tubes in place on my bike building jig when im checking fit/tacking everything in place.
two of bushes are stepped they hold the head tube and fit the two sizes of tubing i use.
all are made from ally rd stock.
all are clearance drilled through for m10 studding which holds bits in place on jig.
its for chopper style push bikes.
you can just see on the end head tube bush some damage its where i wasnt concentrating whilst using lathe as it doesnt affect part have left it to remind myself to concentrate more.
