Coco on AccessNorton.com rebuilt this MKIII Commander after he found defects after a clean-up. Since he was at it, he basically said "Screw it" and tore it down. The result is this beautiful silver ride.

In the world of custom building, inspiration usually kicks in while doing a simple TLC. This is usually the time where one gets fully acquainted with his bike's shortcomings and potential. It would start as a simple cleanup, some minor upgrades, which then leads to a total rebuild. It's a kind of scope creep really, but one that usually yields astonishing results.
