    It’s good. But can’t use a line. Although you could lay one when you have laid the course. I see some blocks are lying the other way around. Why should they lie like that?

    If he is doing the construction the way I've seen it done the blocks laid vertical at the corner of the wall offer a way to insert rebar for stiffening also every 4 or 5 courses should have 2 or 3 #2 or #3 rebars laid in the mortar runs. There is n0ot a wide enough view or long enough video to determine which country he is working in or what their standards would be. I can't quite make out all of the writing on his T shirt but I suspect Columbia

    Or you could use a properly sized trowel & learn how to butter a block & lay twice as fast a you can with that silly set of jigs.
