    I am only posting this, as I did actually use it to form corrugations in a patch of lead to a part of my store roof.

    It is made from spalted apple.



    Possibly this tool has other functions.

    As long as the lead you are beating isn’t in your pencil that should be fine.
    Can’t even use it as a Pestle or a Spurtle now that it has been contaminated with lead.
