Bowl lathe.
This is a bowl turning lathe I made up many, many years ago. It had six speeds via the multi speed pulleys I turned up on my AL-300 metal lathe, the motor was off a floor polisher and the rest bits and pieces I had lying around. The redgum bowl was the first thing I turned up, it was turned green and packed in a sawdust box for a month or so to get it to warp and twist without cracking. Came out nice, redgum is nice wood to work with.
