It's amazing how many people get completely knocked out of gear — left standing around with their thumbs in their bodies — when something goes wrong. And I know — from personal experience — how dangerous it can be. Having to wait for someone to pull their head out of their a** — and do something. None more so, than when it's the person who caused the screw-up — that's needed to shut things down.
