    It's amazing how many people get completely knocked out of gear left standing around with their thumbs in their bodies when something goes wrong. And I know from personal experience how dangerous it can be. Having to wait for someone to pull their head out of their a** and do something. None more so, than when it's the person who caused the screw-up that's needed to shut things down.
